I’ve been pretty discouraged by how much my flab gets in the way of being good at yoga. I’ve been meditating for ages and I am great at breathing, but man! I have no core strength! It’s been nice waking up early though, I’ve been able to accomplish a lot by waking up at 6:15 instead of 9/10am.
